What do our volunteers do?
Our volunteers commit to working 4 hours per week (minimum) for six-months at least
We provide our volunteers with a defined role according to their skills (this is regularly reviewed to ensure you are happy)
All our volunteers undergo an induction, IT training, work plan and are given ongoing training
Work to a plan, managing their workload and being asked for input on key decisions in the business.
What is the recruitment process?
BPEC recruits volunteers every 6 months for specific roles and needs
We invite suitable candidates for an interview and, if successful, an induction
We offer guidance, support, skills development and training
And of course, provide references for your CV or future employment
